GATE 2014 admit cards available from Dec 18

GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2014 is scheduled to be conducted between February 1 and March 2, 2014. The admit cards for the same will be available from December 18, 2013 and can be downloaded from the from the zonal GATE websites.

Students should note that the admit cards will not be sent by post or email.

GATE is a national level examination which tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in Engineering and Technology. Students who clear the exam are eligible for admissions to post-graduate engineering programmes in higher education institutes across India with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other Government agencies. Besides these institutes, Public sector units too use GATE scores for employment screening purposes.

The result for GATE 2014 is expected to be out on March 28, 2014 on the online application website.
