IIT-Kharagpur is holding GATE this year. According to a tender notice issued by the institute on July 4, 2013, inviting service agencies to send technical and commercial bids, GATE 2014 is likely to hold 21 papers in 12 sessions with two buffer sessions.

Some papers will have multiple sessions, while others will have only one session. Following are some tentative details:

  • Dates (tentative): February 1, 2, 15, 16 and March 1, 2 of 2014
  • Session and time: 2 sessions (9:00 am to 12:00 noon & 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm) on each day
