GITAM Science Aptitude Test (GSAT) Exam
Conducted by GITAM University on behalf of GITAM Institute of Science (GIS), Visakhapatnam, GSAT (GITAM Science Aptitude Test) is for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programs like BCA, BEM, MCA and various M.Sc programs offered by the institute.
Eligibility:
For UG Programs - BEM / 5 year Integrated M.Sc. and BCA
- For Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA): Candidates with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in group (optional) subjects in the qualifying examination
- Candidates who have already passed qualifying examination or who have appeared/ are appearing for the final examinations in 2013 are eligible.

First preference will be given to BEM candidates. The remaining seats will be allotted to candidates with B.Sc. in Life Sciences or Physical Sciences, B.Tech. Biotechnology/Chemical/Civil/Environmental/ Biomedical |
Note: For Integrated programs, Candidates with science optionals are only eligible.
How to apply:
Applications can be obtained by post, from Principal, GITAM Institute of Science by sending a request on plain paper giving the candidate’s name with complete mailing address, accompanied by DD for Rs.350/- drawn in favor of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.
Important Note: Candidates appearing for more than one test need to submit separate application along with the prescribed fee of Rs.300/- for each test.
