The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared ISC Class XII exam results on May 7 on its official website. A total of 86,713 candidates appeared for the exam and 96.52 percent cleared this higher education exam. Out of this, 39,964 were girls while 46,749 were boys.
In ISC Class XII board exams 2019, the girls have achieved a pass percentage of 97.84% while the boys have achieved a pass percentage of 95.40%.

For the first time in the history of the exam, two students Dewang Kumar Agarwal (Science Stream) from Kolkata and Vibha Swaminathan (Humanities), Bengaluru have topped the exam with 100%. 16 candidates jointly share the second position and 36 candidates have secured the third rank.
