More GRE test centres in India
It's good news for you if you’re a study abroad aspirant, for you have more options to choose from while selecting your GRE test centre in India. If recent reports are to be believed then the number of Graduate Record Examination (GRE) centres is set to increase to cater to the increasing number of graduates taking the GRE test while applying for master’s programs abroad.
While there is a growing demand for GRE among students, the number of graduate schools across the world accepting GRE has also risen.
The newer GRE test centres have been introduced in the following cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Vadodara and Vasad.
The test centres being offered are through the prometric test centre network and at additional official testing locations outside of the prometric test centre network.
About GRE:
- A candidate must be a graduate to take this test.
- An Entrance Test for enrollments into Graduate schools and professional colleges.
- GRE is a Computer Adaptive Test (CAT)
- Analytical writing scores evaluated separately on scale of 0-6
- Vital for admissions and scholarships
- Administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS), Princeton, New Jersey.
