Ditching Herd Mentality Since 2008
Seven years ago when we launched ourselves in the market, there was an inherent practice of following the well-trodden path. Prospective students believed in what was tried and tested and rarely followed their heart.
Shiksha came in the picture to remove this practice of herd mentality and to enable taking decisions after considering all possible information and options at hand.

To better bring alive these exciting new features on Shiksha, we thought of launching our new brand identity.
Presenting the New Logo of Shiksha.com
The top unit is a convocation hat and the base unit is a nib of the pen. The outline of the base cleverly makes for a convocation robe as well. Our new logo beautifully captures the journey of a student which begins with the pen and ends at the convocation. The iconic imagery symbolises writing a successful chapter in one’s academic career. More credible, more aspirational.
With this new look, we also bring to you a vastly improved search experience on Shiksha – now searching for careers, entrance exams and colleges is super quick and easy. You will also find all our marquee features easier to discover and navigate to. Read more on this in our next post.
