Register for paper-based ATMA exam now!
Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) comprises of more than 600 management institutes in India. AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is the entry point for postgraduate management programmes offered by these institutes. ATMA scores are valid for one year for admission to MBA, PGDM, MCA and other postgraduate programmes offered by AICTE-approved institutes.
While the online ATMA exam was conducted on December 9, 2012, registrations are still open for the paper-based ATMA exam, which will be conducted on February 17, 2013 from 2 pm to 5 pm. Online ATMA 2013 exam will be conducted on July 21, 2013.
Application submission deadline for paper-based ATMA 2013 exam is February 7, 2013. The result of the exam is expected to be declared in about three weeks from the date of the test.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who are pursuing final year of their graduation or have already graduated from any stream are eligible to appear for ATMA.
Exam Pattern
The duration of ATMA exam paper is three hours or 180 minutes, in which students have to solve 180 questions. It has three sections. Each section has two papers and each of these two papers carry 30 questions to be solved in 30 minutes. The sections are:
- Analytical Reasoning
- Verbal
- Quantitative
Scoring Pattern
There is negative marking in ATMA test. One mark is awarded for the right answer and 0.25 marks are deducted from the total score for each incorrect answer.
