SRM University UG PG Entrance Exam Results
The results for SRM entrance exam for admission to various UG and PG courses is expected to be declared on April 30, 2013.The exam was conducted on April 20 and April 21, 2013.

Counselling:
The eligible candidates, chosen on the basis of rank, would be called for counseling for final admission. The physical presence of the candidate during the counseling is mandatory.
Counseling Documents
Required Documents in Original during Counseling for UG programs:
- Counseling call letter.
- SRMEE - 2013 Rank Card / Hall Ticket (except for B.Arch).
- NATA score card for B.Arch only.
- High school (Class X) certificate as proof of date of birth.
- Marks sheet of qualifying examination.
- Community certificate (issued by the competent authority).
- Demand Draft for Rs. 75000/- (Rs. 200000/- for BDS program) towards part of tuition fee or full tuition fee whichever is less. DD should be drawn in favour of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai.
- Balance tuition fees, if any, should be paid before the last date stipulated by the University failing which the admission offer would stand cancelled
Required Documents in Original during Counseling for PG programs
- Counseling call letter.
- SRMEE - 2013 Rank Card / Hall Ticket.
- Mark sheets/consolidated mark statement of the qualifying examination.
- Original degree/provisional certificate.
- Score card of other competitive examination (if relevant) eg. GATE, CAT, MAT etc.
- Community certificate (issued by the competent authority).
- Balance tuition fees, if any, should be paid before the last date stipulated by the University failing which the admission offer would stand cancelled
- Candidates will be allowed to participate in the counseling process only after verification of the documents. Authentic records pertaining to identification, age, marks sheet of qualifying examination, community certificate (if applicable) and other eligibility criteria, will be checked. If a candidate fails to produce any of these documents, he/she will not be considered for counseling.
- A candidate should decide for certain on whether he/she should join the program based on the branch allotted to him/her at the time of counseling before the payment of the fee. Allotment of branch once made is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances. Upon allotment, the candidate has to submit all the original documents and also pay the full tution fee for first year
