TOEFL Scholarships to be awarded on 7th July, 2011

TOEFL Scholarships, the much awaited and coveted moment for students have finally arrived. United States-based Educational Testing Services (ETS), a non-profit organization responsible for conducting GRE and TOEFL examinations across the globe - will be giving away the TOEFL Scholarships -2011 to meritorious students in Mumbai on 7th July, 2011.

The TOEFL scholarships began in 2010 and this will be the second year, when the awards will be given to Indian students. ETS will be also be offering nine scholarships to Indian students depending on their TOEFL score and their academic track record.

The top three scholars will receive $10,000 each for further studies in the U.S., the U.K. or Canada and the next six will get $5,000 each as scholarship money.

The scholarships will be given to the nine students by the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of ETS Walt Mac Donald at a function at Worli.
