Business process outsourcing or BPO became big in mid 90's and within a span of 10 years changed the professional scenario. Youngsters took on to it for earning money before graduation and living a lifestyle of their choice.

A career in this field will enable the candidates with a promising future. Numerous programmes from 2 weeks to 2 months duration are offered and some of them are as follows:

  • Call Centre Training
  • Voice and Accent Training
  • Call Centre Certificate Program

Eligibility:

  • Must have passed Class12th or equivalent from a recognised board
  • Knowledge in computer application is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English
  • One should be ready to work in a team
  • Sound analytical skills
  • High working standards

Job Prospects and Remuneration skills:

The candidates can play the following roles - Team leader, Process manager, quality manager, head process, Head of call center operation, medical transcription specialist, customer support and relationship executive. The starting salary will be anything from Rs.10,000 and Rs.15,000 a month.
