Your NEET-UG pre-exam checklist

The countdown for the first ever NEET –UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) has begun. While you are busy revising for the exam, make use of expert subject-wise tips for NEET-UG, and also go through this important checklist before taking NEET UG 2013-2014:
- Carefully check your Name, Date of Birth, Category, Sub-Category (Physically Handicapped) Question Paper Language and Photograph in the admit card. In case of any discrepancy in these, communicate to the CBSE immediately on Fax no. 011-22509251
- Affix your photograph as pasted on confirmation page of online application form and get it attested by Gazetted officer/Head of Institution.
- Reach the examination centre 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination. You will not be allowed to enter the examination hall once the exam starts.
- DO NOT forget to take your Admit Cards along with you, else you will not be allowed to take the exam. Keep the admit card with you till the allotment of seat in College/Institution.
- DO NOT leave the Examination hall before the conclusion of the exam and without handing over the Answer sheet to the Invigilator concerned.
- Carry good quality blue or black ball point pens for the examination. Use it write particulars on the cover page of Test Booklet, answer Sheet and for darkening the circles of responses.
- DO NOT carry any Calculators, Log tables, Calculating devices, Mobile Phones. Pagers & Other Communication Devices, Side Rules, Geometry Box and Textual material etc.
- After completing the test, handover the Answer Sheet to the Invigilator
- Remember to visit the CBSE Board’s website www.cbseneet.nic.in for downloading the information Bulletin for Counselling under 15% All India Quota and other latest updates.
- Also, check your e-mail regularly till the completion of final round of Counselling.
