CBSE Class 12 Chemistry Sample Paper 2025- 2026: Exam Pattern
CBSE 12th Chemistry exam contains a maximum of 70 marks with 33 questions in the question paper with internal choice. total time available to solve CBSE 12th question paper for chemistry is three hours. question paper is divided into five sections. Section A will have 16 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark. Section B will contain 5 short-answer questions, with 2 marks for each question. Section C will include 7 short-answer questions, carrying 3 marks each. Section D will have 2 case-based questions, each carrying 4 marks, while Section E will consist of 3 long-answer questions, each carrying 5 marks. All questions must be answered, and use of log tables or calculators will not be allowed.
