Business Management Certification Program by EXL & IIM-L

Interested in a Business Management Certification Program in Operational Excellence & Consulting? Applications are open for a one-year on-campus program to be jointly delivered by IIM Lucknow and ExlService Holdings, Inc. (EXL) at the Noida campus of IIM Lucknow.

This program has been designed for mid-level professionals to help reorient their careers in the emerging fields of management consulting and business analysis. A core component of the program imparts domain expertise in consulting which will be delivered by the Decision Analytics team at EXL. The delivery of the program will be oriented towards developing an integrated strategic perspective through best practices, project work and constant engagement with EXL.

Eligibility

Working professionals with more than five years of experience will be eligible to apply for the program.

Program modules

The program will include a module of 120 hours on business management (Quantitative Analysis, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Organisational Behaviour) and more than 35 hours on consultative skills and business analysis in the areas of Information Management, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Claims and Finance.

The programme will have three 6-day and one 7-day on-campus modules at IIM Lucknow’s Noida Campus.

Programme duration:

The programme will commence on May 27, 2013 and continue through April 20, 2014.

Application procedure

Interested candidates can avail of the program brochure and application forms on the IIM Lucknow website (http://www.iiml.ac.in/). The last date for the submission of completed application forms is March 4, 2013.

The total number of seats for this program is 60. The list of selected candidates will be announced on the IIM Lucknow website and on the notice board of the institute by the end of March 2013.

The total fee for the course is INR 300,000. EXL reserves the first right to offer employment to participants after successful completion of the program.
