More short-term courses at IIM-Trichy Chennai centre

Increasing the course offerings, the Chennai centre of Indian Institute of Management - Tiruchirappalli (IIM-T) will soon start various short-term executive courses and customised management programmes. The second batch of three-year post graduate programme in business management (PGPBM) will commence in July 2013.

"IIM-Trichy will shortly announce a range of short-term executive education programmes and customised management programmes for individual companies, at its Chennai centre," states a press release from the institute.

The Chennai centre was launched to address “the growing need for formal management education and executive education programmes among management personnel and companies in and around Chennai.” The statement further said, the centre would be equipped with video conferencing facility and connected with its Trichy campus – "The institute will install a lecture capture system, which will enable students to catch up and refresh their learning from classroom lecture sessions at their convenience."
