Devaraj Urs, former Chief Minister of Karnataka. The scholarships are awarded to meritorious candidates. Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar, which is a constituent of Sri Devraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research, also provides scholarships to the students.
