Hi Abhijeet, work experience is not exactly mandatory to get admission in this college for MBA but if you have work experience then its good. You can get good package during campus placement. For example: last year one student got placed in one company for Rs 22 lakh per annum package because he had work experience.

Placement, exposure and learning in an MBA program depends largely on how the peer group is and how driven the candidate is towards the program. If you happen to make it to the Ivy League schools of India or abroad, you will certainly get a cohort that will have a pedigree and will push you to improve yourself. I will advise you to go for AIMS rather than Alliance because AIMS not only prepare students for campus placements, but they also help students to become an entrepreneur as they have an entrepreneur cell in the college. Academically, AIMS is better as they help students to get their goals. There is a placement cell which helps students to get their dream job in reputed companies with good salary packages.
