To get admission into the BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, required candidates to fulfil the eligibility criteria first i.e., candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 45%, and 40% for SC and ST candidates. Then, candidates can apply for the programme from the official website of the college form the admission tab (candidates can complete the application process either online or offline and submit the application with the documents requested by the college. The college will first shortlist the students based on their application and then shortlisted candidates will undergo the selection process which requires a valid score in the BMS CLAT entrance exam, followed by a PI. The college will grant a seat to successful applicants.

No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to the BCom LLB course. The college offers seats for the BCom LLB programme when candidates qualify for either the merit list or secure valid scores in BMSCLAT. The BCom LLB course, required candidates to go through a complete admission procedure which required that candidates must secure at least an aggregate of 45% in their Class 12, and after applying for the programme they have to appear in the entrance exam. Lastly, qualify the merit/cutoff list released by the college based on applicants' score.
