Absolutely satisfied with it, and you can go for it.
Placements: The placement stats are good as the average package is around 3.2 lacs per annum. Almost 90% of students got placed. The placement process is easy. NITW is doing great in placements, that's why many students tend to join here over other NITs though they rank good in NIRF. The percentage of students placed was 90%. The highest package offered was 53 LPA for a guy from EEE, but he got a software job only. The average salary was 20 LPA in CSE. Many recruiters prefer NITW over other colleges, so it's not a big deal to get placed. The placement team is very supportive.
Infrastructure: We have well-maintained classrooms with air-conditioning facilities. Labs have well-maintained machines and equipment. The college provides a very good environment. This college has very good sports facilities. The first year is common for everyone, and we have to study subjects related to all branches. After first year, you can change your branch if you score well (very few chances, like only 4 seats per branch). I am a computer science student, so I can say that the computer science faculty are very experienced and up to date. They know everything about the trending technologies, which is very helpful for students. Their experience makes us very comfortable with our studies.
Faculty: The academics in our college are very good. This college provides good technical and coding culture. The professors in our college have the best subject knowledge. Our college curriculum is good and updated.
Other: Our college has a good and green campus, and the nightlife on campus is very good. The winter experience in college is very good. The college is located in a beautiful location.
