Review of BITS Pilani - WILP.

Placements: The placement of college has improved within the year. Almost all of us got placed in good companies with decent packages. I would say there are unlimited opportunities for placement and internships. If you are a good, hardworking candidate, it is very easy to crack. The average package for our course is 7 LPA. The top recruiters are Google and Citi Bank.

Infrastructure: The campus life is vibrant; we have 3 fests per year. Here, people come from different states, making it a very diverse campus. We have physical and digital libraries with passcodes given to every student. In the hostel, non-AC rooms are provided with basic facilities like fan, light, and WLAN connection. The food is average here; they prepare it in North Indian style, which West and South people may not like.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, with Ph.D.s from well-known institutes of India, and they are very passionate about teaching. We have a relatively grading system here, and scoring is a little tough thing in this system. The course has many industrial emerging technologies; it is made as per the vision of industries. I was given BITSAT and scored 227 marks in it.

Other: The feel of college is very high; if we combine hostel fees, it becomes more expensive for any student.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the money I'm spending here for my education.

Placements: Usually most of the students get the placement, but we have some other schemes as well, like providing funds to the students who come with some business ideas and also supporting them with attendance, degrees, and relaxation in exams if they generate good revenue.

Infrastructure: Our course has sufficient infrastructure, which means they have the best lab equipment, equipped with all the modern tools, air-conditioned classes, and a library. Hostels are also good caretakers and support us in positive activities. It's a ragging-free environment.

Faculty: I took admission because of their best curriculum. They offer sometimes open-book exams, which are really tough to pass. Even the internet and AI fail to pass. Faculty members are always active on emails and calls for doubts and their resolutions. They have had the best experiences.

Other: I personally would absolutely suggest everyone take admission to this college, as they have the best courses designed. They can improve with some extra practicals.

Engineers Talents Factory.

Placements: Around 90-95% of students get placed. The highest package last year was INR. 60 LPA. The lowest was INR 22 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HCL, Amazon, Infosys, and many tech companies are there. HCL and Wipro are currently providing the internship. Many responsibilities are given to the students so that they can also develop leadership skills. Every then and now new projects are assigned to keep the interest alive.

Infrastructure: Actually, I chose an online programme so most of the time the classes were online. The online faculty really amazing. The professors have extraordinary skills to bring interest in the topics that they teach. I have been in the contact with the students who take offline classes they share their experiences always keeping smiles on their faces. I have never known such a college where a minimal number of assignments are there but the practical knowledge is at the fullest.

Faculty: The faculty is lovely and exam also happens regularly to keep the attention on the topics taught. The teachers and staff are very loving and caring. Being an online student I was always highlighted by them they regularly called and asked about my well-being and about my studies as well.

Other: As I was an online student so I always had classes online though I got the chance to attend the events.

BITS Pilani is a great place to learn and grow.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is about 60 LPA, the average salary package offered is 30 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 15 LPA - 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, and Facebook. Our college has 100% placement record. The role offered in our course is software engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is average. Wi-Fi, a library, and all the required things are available in the hostel, but the quality is not so good. The quality of food is average. Medical facilities are available 24x7. A variety of sports like swimming, cricket, football, etc., are available in BITS Pilani.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified. They are Ph.D. holders. They are very familiar and helpful. This course makes students job-ready. It is important to be prepared for the challenging exams. You should start studying early and make sure that you have a good understanding of the course material.

Other: Pilani Utsav is the annual tech fest of BITS Pilani. Sparks is the annual cultural fest. The campus crowd is diverse, with students from India and the world. The campus is surrounded by hills and forests. BITS Pilani offers a variety of scholarships to students.

Best for placements and good for learning something new practically.

Placements: On campus placements and pre placement offers are the two modes on can get placed at Bits Pilani. On campus placements are highly competitive and stress driven as a lot of good tier 1, 2 companies come and the packages provided by them is also very good. Since it's highly competitive the entire season is for one whole semester and each student is allowed to choose in which sem they want to sit for placement and in which sem they want to opt for Intern in which PPO is given to majorly student.

Infrastructure: The greenery filled campus is also having faculty quarters at further distance from A hostels and also A big Guest house on C side. The auditorium is big with accommodation of 2400 peoples. Its completely air conditioned. A lot of labs and other rooms and a Workshop are there with all organised stuff. A well managed Medical center with sufficient facilities. It has a lot more features you can only experience. Its spread over around 190 acres which is sufficient for 2400 students.

Faculty: I choose my course because it was really interesting and analytical. It opens up a huge range of career options even if we are looking for a job in another field, the critical and analytical skills come in handy and are very helpful. Holistic development is guaranteed as we as Bitsians not only do the discipline courses for which they are enrolled but we are given more flexible opportunities to explore any disciples of our choices including engineering foundation courses.
