CMR College of Pharmacy provides direct admission to 30% of its seats through a management quota. For the remaining 70% of seats, admissions to the MPharma programme are based on entrance exams. Candidates seeking admission through the management quota must have a UG degree from a recognised board. However, for admission to Convener quota i.e. 70% of the seat, candidates are required to apply and appear in the GPAT/TS PGECET entrance exam. After filling out the criteria, candidates must have to fill out the application form online to be eligible for admission.

Candidates aspiring for admission to any courses are required to apply and appear for the state-level entrance exams i.e., TS EAMCET, TS PGECET and GPAT, followed by counseling. Further, the college also offers 30% of seats via management quota. Admission to the quota seat is based on the last qualifying exam scores. To apply for admisison, candidates required to fill out basic eligibility criteria for admission to their desired courses. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to UG courses is to pass Class 12 from a recognised board and for admission to PG and PhD courses pass UG degree.
