Hi, I have heard of people getting exempted from the application process if they belonged to Defence or Freedom Fighter Quota. I am also from the Defence quota and one of my seniors got an exemption after writing an application to the Secretary, Directorate of Technical Education. I would advise you write an application ASAP.

For taking admission you need to pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2021 Or Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognized by Central/ State Govt. (with Mathematics)
B. Arch at LPU is a good choice based on my own personal experience. The faculty is very experienced and highly educated. In the program, innovative teaching practices are adopted. One such practice is called Experiential learning week which is organized every semester in which students are taken to nearby historic and construction sites and are given live case studies to do. In design studios, the professors encourage students to take challenging and practical design problems. There is a rich culture of internships for final year students who go for very challenging and top placements nationally as well as internationally through department. The department is actively working to arrange internships by making a cluster of architectural and consultant firms with them.

The eligibility criteria of B.Arch courses of BMS College of Architecture is 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCM and also 50% aggregate marks in 12th. Admission criteria :

For Dr. Patil College the cut off will be informed soon and then it would depend whether you get the desired specialization or not. It would not be a sure shot whether you get a seat in the college with your desired JEE Mains score. Your XIth score is good and hopefully, XIIth too would be good one. Based on your scorecards you can get entrance in some good private colleges which are doing equally good these days without compromising on the nature of academics besides giving you a good scholarship based on your last qualification score. One such name that comes to me because I reside in Punjab, is Lovely Professional University which has been awarded for Best Placements as 100 % of its students are getting well placed in reputed companies and places due to the expertise given by the training and placements departments. You can also check JJ School of Arts where again your score would matter a lot. The main problem is that for architecture the seats are very limited and they fill up fast and have a high demand of score card. Best for you would be to browse some good college sites which would give you the best academics in the form of good faculty, training, placements, exposure and platform to showcase your talent.

The admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture college is depends upon the marks obtained in 12th and JEE-Main/NATA score. The combined score of both (12th+JEE Main/NATA marks) above 150 can be the safe.
