Admissions are only merit based and as no entrance exam is conducted, you'll not find information regarding the cutoff. So you should have a favorable score in your 12th to get admission without any problem. Although it is to be kept in mind that the minimum eligibility criteria is 50% in 12th. You have also not mentioned the name of a specific Institute, because of which further detailed information cannot be given.
