Science Total 100 marks *80 marks Board exam would be of 80 marks for each subject which would cover 100% of Class X syllabus only. Yes, you can join this college after the completing first year in B.Sc animation and visual graphics. It is not a problem. In fact, you can also join it now as most probably this offers a Diploma course. You should also consider MAAC and ARENA.
