Review of Government Industrial Training Institute, Mumbai.
Placements: In our college, almost 90% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA and the average salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata and ECIL. Almost 85% of students get internships from courses and companies, and the top role offered was the senior technician.
Infrastructure: Our college was surrounded by trees and was filled with students. Many machines were available and labs were very clean. In our college, a library was available. We had good quality food in the hostel mess and canteen. Medical facilities were available. We had a playground for sports and games.
Faculty: We had very excellent and high-quality teaching staff members. When we get doubts, they clear them. The course curriculum was relevant and did not make students industry-ready. We had semesters for a 1-year trade and 4 semesters for a 2-year trade. Every year, we had a CBT exam and the pass percentage was 60%.
Other: I chose the course because I like computers and working with programs. In our college, there were no festivals or events because it was an institute.

I am not satisfied with its placements.
Placements: There were no placements and internships in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides laboratories in all branches of trade. Wi-Fi was available but not with good signal strength. There was no library on campus, and students can buy books from the market. Classrooms were good, and hostel facility was also not available in this college.
Faculty: Our faculty members were good. The teaching quality was good. They explain very fast and clearly. They had many types of degrees in different branches. Semester exams were not difficult to pass. The pass percentage was 90%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it.

In this college, the teaching quality is good.
Placements: Around 60% of students were placed. When students complete their COPA trade then they can apply for jobs in various data entry companies. Students will learn about all computer knowledge in the COPA trade. The average salary package offered was 1 LPA.
Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi was enabled for free. The laboratory was excellent. It provides 1 personal computer per student in the laboratory. The hostel facility was very good, but the dinner served in the hostel was good. Sports like cricket, kho, running, etc., were available in this college.
Faculty: In COPA staff was well qualified. Exams were very easy because it was MCQ based. I like the ITI exam, yearly exam pattern was available. Trade was very good for students' jobs.
Other: COPA trade is the best for learning programming language and also provides computer knowledge.

My college works together for the next generation.
Placements: I got training at Baadi MT Auto Craft Pvt Ltd, where I trained on CNC, VMC, SMC, and other machines. I also worked on measuring, computer systems, PLC, SCADA, and controller coding. The work was comfortable and complicated, but overall, it was fun in my life.
Infrastructure: Our library was very comfortable and neat, a clean place to study any book completely. The Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library were very good. We had good sports facilities, medical facilities, and a canteen in our ITI.
Faculty: Our teachers were basically very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable in teaching students. They provided extra training to prepare students for the industry. Different semester exams in college were conducted very carefully and were quite difficult. Our teachers worked very hard for their students and achieved very good results. The smart work and teachers were very honest.
Other: Actually, the Rs. 1000 cost of Kaushal Bhatta was for SC, ST, and OBC students. The cost for others and scholarship exams for NGOs and others was very good.

The infrastructure and faculty members are good. There are chances of placement in government jobs.
Placements: A percentage of 65 to 70 was enough for placement. The starting salary ranged from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000. Computer knowledge was almost compulsory because this generation is attracted to it. Regarding this course, it was better for every student. There was no specific percentage required for internship placement. Internships were provided by the college. The role offered was Junior Engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was almost good for the course. Classrooms were available for theory and practical sessions in open spaces. Hostel facilities were student-friendly, with timely breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. Medical facilities were available, and sports games were played every Sunday.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful for career guidance, fully qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant, and students were prepared. Students studied for difficult exams. The pass percentage for theory exams was 35%, and for practical exams, it was 15 to 18%. Faculty members were good.
Other: At first, my family forced me, but after a few days, I realized this course was good for me. Everything else was fine. All activities were good.

Kind of dissatisfied because they give you big hopes before joining, and you get the real truth late
Placements: We don't know much about the roles we'll get after completing, but our seniors said you get a job only for 12,000–15,000/month max. In our previous batch, 100% of students got placement and internships, but some got them after 1 month and some after 1 year.
Infrastructure: Our benches are old, wooden, and noisy. Buildings are old and lack light and hygiene. They can improve it with just a little effort. The outside is good, but the interior is not well. The washrooms are horrible, and also the PC and Wi-Fi quality are not enough to manage every student in the batch.
Faculty: Our syllabus is top-class, but the teachers are lazy, and some are even unaware of the topics. Sometimes, they just play YouTube videos, and at times, they skip topics by saying, 'This won't come in your exams.' Occasionally, they explain things incorrectly, which means we don't get a clear understanding of the subject.
Other: I thought this would be a life-changing course, but you can't do anything with just this certificate alone. You need to learn more skills and get better certifications for a good career.
