Government Polytechnic Ranchi is a very good college with a diploma in engineering.
Placements: In the Government Polytechnic Ranchi, 80% of students have been placed. The process is still on, by the time of pass out 100% of students will be placed big companies like Tata Power, Metso, Hindalco, L&T, Suzuki, and Kala Genset coming to our college. The average package is 2.8 LPA, and it will be up to 3.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college campus gives us the facility of Wi-Fi, labs, and also library. Labs are very good and all the equipments are in working condition. Lab assistant is very good in behaviour. Hostels are average. But sports and games also are organised in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are highly qualified. They are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching style is very good. All the concepts are crystal clear. Students clear their university exams with distinction scores with the help of college faculty members. The pass out marks of each subject is 33%.
Other: Government Polytechnic Ranchi is a very reputed diploma college of Jharkhand for electrical engineering. Labs are very good and maximum experiments are done in the lab. Teachers are very punctual. One of the best things is that placements are very good. Scholarship facility is also provided by the college. All the academic fees are returned in scholarships.

Me and my lovely college.
Placements: 15% of students got placed in my branch. The highest salary offered is Rs 25,000 per month. The lowest salary is Rs 15,000 per month. L&T is the highest recruiting company. All the students get internships from the college. Top role offered in my course is junior engineer in all companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in my college are library and playground. The infrastructure of the college is also good. Hostel is in progress because it is very dirty. The government has ordered to renovate the college till 2025 this year.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they have good qualifications and good knowledge. Teaching quality is very good and strict. Exams are not much difficult because we learn from them and also easily we can write.
Other: I chose this because someone suggested me and has both government and private job opportunities.

I am absolutely satisfied with the facilities and infrastructure of our college.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. This year about 62% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 2.43 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.23 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course was Tata Steel Jindal. Approximately 15% of the students got internships from here. The top role offered here was a junior technician.
Infrastructure: Facilities of our college are very good, and the infrastructure is also very good. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and lab facility is available. Classrooms have smart classes facilities. The hostel facility is very nice with mess facility. Medical and sports facilities are also very nice.

Review of Government Polytechnic College, Ranchi.
Placements: It is a government college, so the fee charged is around Rs. 2,400 per year. For TFW quota, the fee charged is Rs. 400-600. Around 90% of the students got placed if you have qualified all semesters with good marks. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Jindal Group, Anand Group, and a lot of companies arrived at our time. From our batch, most of the students preferred for B.Tech than an internship.
Infrastructure: The hostel is awesome and well-furnished with good food. It is a good campus where you can play, eat and enjoy. Hostel and college life are awesome. Every equipment for experiments is available here.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated, but you have to absorb their knowledge. They are government salaried, so they don't intend to teach, but if you force them, then they never deny. Workshops are very good. In our year, new practical machines also arrive.

I am absolutely satisfied with our college because of its teachers and infrastructure.
Placements: Approximately 53% of the students got paced this year. The highest salary package offered was 2.37 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.20 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Larsen & Turbo, Jindal Steel, Tata Power, Paytm, etc. Approximately 23% of the students got a chance to do internships. Top roles offered are a junior engineer and technician.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and it is a ragging-free campus. Our college has an excellent library, which consists of approximately 10,000 books. The hostel facility is excellent, and mess facility and medical facility are available. The quality of the food served in the mess is excellent. Sports materials are also available.
Faculty: Teachers here are very much helpful and well qualified. They have great knowledge of the subject, and concepts used for teaching are excellent. The quality of teaching is good. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students ready for the industry.

This college facilities and campus selection are better.
Placements: Government Polytechnic Ranchi is one of the best colleges in Jharkhand. In this college, placements are better. Many companies like Jindal, JSW, Usha, Martin, etc., visit this college and conduct written tests, along with interviews, and then according to that, they offer jobs for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of government Polytechnic, Ranchi is better. The condition of this college building is better. Many facilities are available in the hostel as well as in college building like fresh drinking water, a playground, a library for self-studying, etc.
Faculty: All the teachers here are highly qualified. They also have more teaching experience, so they completely try to teach better concept about any topic. They are helpful to students, and practical classes are also provided to students. Now, special classes are provided by Tata Strive for learning humanity values.
Other: I preferred electrical branch because it is better for students as it has a lot of job opportunities. In this branch, campus selection is better and also government jobs.
