IBS Gurgaon PGPM Admission and Application Process 2027
The IBS Gurgaon PGPM course admissions is conducted in both online and offline modes. The admission is based on the scores of IBSAT. The process of IBS Gurgaon admission starts with the registration for IBSAT. Candidates who are applying through any other national-level entrance exam must also apply on the official website of IBS Gurgaon and submit their entrance exam scores. Candidates will be called for the IBS Gurgaon PGPM selection process based on their performance in IBSAT/GMAT/ XAT/ CAT/ NMAT. The selection process includes a personal interview (PI) and a Micro presentation. The final selection is based on the applicant's performance in Micro presentation, Personal Interview and past academic records.
1: IBS Gurgaon PGPM Application Process
Online Application Process:
1.1: Visit the registration portal at (https://admissions.ibsindia.org/)
1.2: Fill the application form with all the relevant details around the personal and educational details.
1.3: Proceed with the application form and pay an IBS Gurgaon PGPM application fee amount of INR 1,800.
Offline Application Process:
IBSAT application forms are also available at institutes' campuses marketing offices. Students may reach to the nearest branch and purchase the application by paying the requisite application fee in cash.
Step 2: Selection Process
Candidates who have qualified based on above mentioned entrance examination score are called for the selection process during February. The selection process comprises of Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. A combined score will be given based on results in all selection rounds including IBSAT result or result of other accepted entrance exams. Then, institute releases the admission offer letter to the shortlisted candidates.

IBSAT comprises Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) that are distributed among 4 sections Verbal Ability. Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation. The total number of questions asked in the exam is 140. Exam is of 120 minutes without negative marking. Find below the section-wise syllabus:
1. Verbal Ability: The questions are based on sentence correction, fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, grammar, idioms etc. The No. of questions asked in Verbal Ability section is 50.
2. Reading Comprehension: The candidates are required to read the passages and answer the questions based on these passages. No. of question asked is 25.
3. Quantitative Aptitude: Question are from numerical ability and problem-solving skills of the candidates. The questions are based on topics like algebra, LCM, HCF, mensuration, ratio & proportion, geometry, time & speed, statistics, probability, simple & compound interest, permutations & combinations etc.
4. Data Sufficiency & Data Interpretation: The questions are based on pie charts, tables, bar/ line graphs etc. These questions must be answered on the basis of quick calculations.
