Review of ICFAI Business School (IBS), Gurgaon.
Placements: About 93% of students got placed in IBS Gurgaon. The rest of the 7% of students opted out of the placements. The college tries its level best in placing all the students every year. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA+variable salary, the lowest package is 4.5 LPA+variable salary, and the average package is around 6-7 LPA+variable salary. Some of the top recruiting companies for my course are E&Y, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, Genpact, Protiviti, BlackRock, Gartner etc. Almost 95% of students got placed in IBS for their SIP, but mostly the companies that come in are of sales or insurance. The companies that come in for the summer internship program are mostly start-ups. Only a few big companies come for SIP like ICICI Bank, Gartner, Aditya Birla Money, Punjab National Bank, IHG etc. Almost 95% of students are placed in IBS for their SIP. The top roles offered are portfolio management, tax, audit, financial modelling, financial analytics etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of IBS Gurgaon isn't much good. The building is quite old, and renovation can be a suggestion. The facilities provided inside the classrooms are quite good. High-range Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, library, and a computer lab with all facilities are available. IBS Gurgaon does not have any hostel facilities within the campus but provides contact details of good PGs and flats near the college for the out-stationed students.
Faculty: The college has good as well as average faculty. The teaching quality is good when it comes to the material, case study, curriculum, etc., they provide. The curriculum is very good, and the assignments, live projects, and viva prepare students for future and also make them industry-ready. Semester exams are prepared according to the level of all students. They prepare us in such a way that it is difficult for students to make it an easy cakewalk and simple for students who aren't that good in academics.
Other: I have always wanted to pursue MBA and become a leader in my life. Hence, I chose IBS Gurgaon. This course is helping me build confidence and become a future leader. There are a lot of events in IBS Gurgaon. Every week, Wednesday and Friday are student activity days, where both knowledgeable and fun events are held.

It is a good college in terms of placements.
Placements: Around 80% of students are paced. The top companies are TCS, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, and different banking institutions like ICICI, HDFC, FC, and others as well. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Everything is available like parking, canteen, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioner classes with playing areas indoor and outdoor both. Even there doesn't medical facilities and sports and games have also taken place as they are different events taking place between different departments, and the quality facilities are not a labeling workout but it is available in IBS Hyderabad.
Faculty: Exams are difficult but nothing out of course, whatever teacher teaches same will come in exam. Students need to prepare throughout. Curriculum activities are relevant, because they make students ready for the interview, and they make ready for work and make their resumes. They also work on how students want to pass their GDs and interviews.
Other: In this college, fests are good.

Amazing college, best ROI.
Placements: Close to 95% of the students get placed in companies of repute. National and international job roles with a wide array of growth are offered to students. I have been placed with Deloitte USI and IBS Gurgaon leaves no stone unturned when it comes to placements. From crash courses to doubt clearing session, everything to help students.
Infrastructure: As of IBS Gurgaon, there is no hostel facility although numerous flats and PGs are located close to college. The canteen is quite good and affordable for students. Students can engage into numerous sports like badminton and table tennis to release stress.
Faculty: Faculty are always ready to help students, and make sure that utmost guidance is provided to the students. Crash course, mentoring sessions, health and wellness sessions are held every week. Also, the college reimburses for the certification courses that students opt for and not to forget that students are also given scholarship on the basis of merit.
Other: At first, I was a bit skeptical about my decision of enrolling into IBS Gurgaon but my perception changed the time I joined the campus. There is so much of exposure given to students in terms of live projects, team projects to help build team spirit, 2-3 events and interactive sessions being held every week. So many clubs and cells to help students develop skills and also follow their passion. If you take the decision to enroll at IBS Gurgaon, the journey is going to be so amazing in every aspect.

Our college has a good ROI.
Placements: The college provides almost 100% placement to the students. I cannot say the average placement of the current batch because our batch is still going on. In the previous year, the average salary package offered was the same as mentioned on the college websites is 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our batch has started in COVID time, and I do not know much about the infrastructure of the college. The college does not have a hostel facility, but the students can find accommodations near the college very easily, like PG, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are amazing and experienced in what they teach. It focuses on case-based learning for students. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready by its case-based learning method, SIP and other activities.
Other: My current batch in finance includes about 230 students. The best thing about this course is teaching quality and SIP experience. Events are organised regularly. We always have the chance to learn something new in one way or the other.

It is worth taking admission for PGPM.
Placements: Sales and marketing companies are much more prevalent on the campus, and the HR profile seems to be less lucrative. Finance companies are really good in terms of placements. A person from a finance background will be profitable for that student. These were some top roles.
Infrastructure: The quality of facilities in the hostel is great, and the food quality is good. It feels like home there. Medical facilities are auspicious for a person living there. All the sports have been taken care of in the college like football, tennis etc.
Faculty: The exams are quite difficult, and one has to study to clear it. The minimum GPA is 5.5 to clear the exams. The total GPA is based on the percentiles method, not on the percentage method. So this also yields competition in the college itself. Overall, it is good.
Other: I received a scholarship in my 1st semester for great CGPA.

The college has good placements and average infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 90%-95% of the students got placed with an average package of 4-5 LPA. The highest package is around 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.4 LPA. Genpact, Evaluaserve, Moddy's and Black Rock are some of the major recruiters. The college offers finance, HR and marketing specialisations. Almost every student gets an internship from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average, and the campus is a rented property and is not too big. The canteen is available on the campus with reasonable rates. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is also available on the campus. Talking about sports, a small badminton court is available, and a cricket area is available. A parking area is also available for students coming in their own vehicles.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and the college has a unique case-study-based curriculum which is indeed a great part. The course curriculum is more than enough for students to be industry-ready and have overall development. Mostly, the faculty members are very friendly and are always ready to help in case of any queries.
Other: The college conducts an event every week on Friday and guests visit the college on a regular basis. An industry expert visit the campus and interact with students.

IBS Gurgaon MBA tuition fee is 9.1 lakh. After final selection, candidates need to pay admission fee amount to confirm seats. It should be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It can be revised and hence, is indicative.

The last admission dates (LAD) for applying to the PGPM course at IBS Gurgaon, students can apply from July to February. Thus, the deadlines for applying to the course always lie in the month of February. Also, IBSAT is usually conducted in the last week of December and the results are also released

IBS Gurgaon application process is both online and offline modes. To submit offline applications, candidates can visit the campus in person. The application fee for PGPM course is INR 1,800. This application fee is also a fee for IBSAT exam.

The CAT Cutoff 2024 was 70 percentile overall and 40 sectional for the students belonging to the General category under the All India quota.
