Yes. It is worth for HR as well . You will no more be a fresher after joining IBS because IBS provides summer internship program of minimum 3 months which changes your designation from a fresher to an experienced professional of your field of interest .

IBS Mumbai college is good in terms of campus, placements and faculty .
