Both are good in terms of academics, placements, and campus facilities but if you stay in Mumbai, go for IBS Mumbai .

PGPM is a course which does not require UGC or AICTE approval . IBS is an autonomous institute and it has its own university like how JBIMS, NMIMS and IIM has of its own .
