Yes you will be shortlisted easily. Its better if you apply for IBS Hyderabad because your percentile is worth getting admission in a good B School, which IBS Hyderabad is much better than IBS Mumbai. Still IF you want to apply for IBS Mumbai

If you are looking for a government job in future then I would suggest you to go for IBS Hyderabad, Dehradun or Jaipur as these institutes are providing proper MBA degree and they are also government approved.
