The JEE Main 2027 session 1 exam dates have been announced on the official website for ICFAI School of Architecture admission to the BTech, BArch and BPlan courses. The exam will be held on Jan 22,2027 to Jan 24, 2027 and Jan 28, 2027 to Jan 30, 2027 respectively.

No, candidates are unable to apply for BArch admissions directly at ICFAI School of Architecture. In order to apply for BArch course, candidaes need to obtain a valid score in either JEE Mains or NATA.
Appearing in either one of these exams is a mandatory requirement for BArch admissions.
No, JEE Mains is not a mandatory entrance exam for ICFAI School of Architecture BArch admission.as candidates can also appear in NATA to qualify for this course as well. Selection can be done on the basis of either exam's result.
No, candidates cannot apply for BArch course at ICFAI School of Architecture before appearing in Class 12 board exam. However, candidates who have appeared in Class 12 board exams and are awaiting their result can apply for BTech course.
They will be required to provide proof of them clearing Class 12 board exams as well a valid score of entrance exam.

- Class 10th and Class 12th passing score as well as marksheet
- ID and address proof
- Passport-sized photographs
- NATA/ JEE Mains scorecard
- Proof of clearing Class 12th (Only for candidates without board result)
In the academic year 2026, ICFAI School of Architecture BArch admission deadline has been scheduled on May 12th. Candidates will receive their JEE Mains round 2 as well as NATA results by this date. Thus, they should apply as soon they receive them.
ICFAI School of Architecture offers merit-based scholarships to its BArch students. Scholarships are based on Class 12 board exam merit or score obtained in NATA.
If a BArch student performs well in their semester exams, they can avail benefits of these scholarships throughout the duration of the course.
ICFAI School of Architecture has not partnered with any banks to provide student loans for its BArch students. Thus, candidates who require student loans must approach any third party bank to get a student loan to cover the BArch course fees.

No, a student with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) alone is not eligible for B.Arch at ICFAI School of Architecture or most architecture colleges in India. As per the Council of Architecture (CoA) norms, candidates must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 or in a 10+3 Diploma and qualify NATA or JEE

The total fees at GITAM School of Architecture for BArch course is INR 2,90,000. However, this is subject to change as per college policy and guidelines. Whereas, total BArch course fees at ICFAI School of Architecture is INR 12,70,000. This fees do not include the hostel fees and caution deposit. T

The BArch course comparison has been made on the basis of placements, total seats, eligibility criteria, and more. This helps the students in deciding college as per their criteria. Both the colleges provides reputed courses, with great curriculum. However, this comparison makes things a lot easier
