For becoming a Commercial Pilot, the minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 (PCM). There is no other way through which you can pursue this course from IGRUA or any other flying school for that matter. But, no worries there is still chance for you. Just appear for Physics, Chemistry and Maths next time

You have to qualify their entrance exam first. For that, you need to know basics of class 11th and class 12th physics, maths, English also. You have to clear aptitude test and interview. So, practice question related to it.

The ground training is imparted upto ATPL standard and flying training to meet CPL requirements as stipulated by DGCA. I. 200 hrs Flying training for issue of CPL, IR & Multi engine rating are provided as per DGCA requirements.
