Its nothing problem with your 65% in degree, but in order to get place in IPE you need to score 650+ in Mat and 75+ percentile in CAT entrance exams.

College fee for 2 years is Rs.8 lakhs
Hostel fee is Rs.1 lakh for double accommodation.
Rs.1,45,000/- for single accommodation.
