If you pass class 12 with PCM 50% aggregate marks, you can very well go for the CPL training course.

First thing first - You should have PCM at class 12th level to start CPL Training.

12th with PCM is the minimum requirement for doing CPL Training. 50% marks in PCM is expected.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot.

You should also be aware that the cost of CPL Training is dependent on the type of aircraft you choose to get trained on:
Cessna 152 - Rs.8000-9000 Per Hour
Cessna 172 - Rs.10000-12000 Per Hour
P-16 - Rs.17000-18000 Per Hour
Etc.

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
