- The applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto and have obtained 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicants.
- The maximum age for seeking admission into the stream of 5 years Bachelor degree course in law is limited to 22 years in case of SC, ST, and other backward class applicants.
- Admission to the Programme is by Merit only through All India Law Entrance Test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth.
- The applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto and have obtained 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicants.
- The maximum age for seeking admission into the stream of 5 years Bachelor degree course in law is limited to 22 years in case of SC, ST, and other backward class applicants.
