You can apply with TANCET registration number in SSN application form. You can update the application with any number of test scores till you get a call for GD/PI.

Major difference between MBA and PGDM is as follows: MBA is offered by 'Universities' or 'Colleges that are affiliated to Universities' or Central Body directly under the Indian Government while PGDM is offered by individual colleges and IIMs.

PGDM is suggested for students who have a work experience more than 2 years. While MBA is management course for freshers. The fees structure comes as 2 options for MBA studnets: 4.5 lakhs through tancet and 9 Lakhs through MAT.
