{Source: B.Com students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.Com Programs at Quantum School of Graduate StudiesBased on student reviews and feedback, here's an overview of the placement cell's effectiveness:* Average Placements: Students mentioned that the placement cell offers average placements, with some notable exceptions. While some students reported getting placed in reputed companies like IndusInd, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein, others felt that the number of placements was relatively low, with only 5-6 students from a batch of 300 getting placed.* Role-Specific Placements: Some students did mention securing roles like consultants, marketing managers, and sales managers, indicating that the placement cell does offer role-specific placements.* Higher Package: According to one student, the highest package offered for B.Com students was around INR1.75 lakh.* Need for Hard Work: Students emphasized the importance of working hard outside of academics to secure a placement. This suggests that the placement cell may require students to take initiative beyond just their academic performance.Overall, while the placement cell at Quantum School of Graduate Studies seems to offer some decent opportunities, students need to be proactive and put in extra effort to secure a placement.
