Overall, I will rate it 8/10 for college.
Placements: College placement reality is different. Only toppers who are good in academics get jobs; all students placed in MNC companies are from off-campus; only JIO is an MNC company brought by the placement cell. TCS, Cognizant, and Capgemini are the top companies that hire the most students. 12 students' package was nearly 4 lacs per year. Internships are given by Oasis Info byte and the YBI Foundation as unpaid internships.
Infrastructure: I personally do not like college life. If we compare our college with the average Pune college, Pune colleges are far ahead of us. Not Wi-Fi but the internet is available on all PCs in the computer lab. Classrooms have many windows, good ventilation, projectors, and a green board. The hostel is average; the food and hostel rooms are average. In the campus canteen, pohe, samosas, idli dosa, tea, and coffee are available.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful in nature; reference books are mostly used to teach. Projectors with PPT are mainly used. The teaching style is not innovative. Course curricula are too old nowadays; no such kind of technology is used in companies; they need to introduce AI, DL, and ML that are trending. Semester exams are not very difficult; in the final semester, nearly 20 marks are asked from books, so passing is very easy.
Other: The college is crowded, but our campus is small. During the annual festival week, a lot of activities are conducted by college management.

Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya.
Placements: Students become eligible for job placement in their final year. In the 3rd and 4th semesters, the college placed many students off-campus. Big MNCs like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys are hiring on a large scale. The first round is aptitude, the second is a coding test, and the last is the final interview. If all is clear, the package is 3.8 LPA. Roles include associate software engineer and system engineer.
Infrastructure: Although I enjoyed college, the campus feels small. There is a bad gender ratio; the number of girls is very low. No Wi-Fi is available, and the library has plenty of books but does not have a separate feel. The college provides two reading rooms for students. I am not in a hostel; my home is near the college canteen. It needs to be better.
Faculty: The best faculty in our area is at our college. Regular lectures and practice sessions are conducted by teachers who administer surprise tests. The course curriculum is very apt for what I want to be in the near future. The college structure was decided by SRTMUN, a national university. Exams are also conducted by them; marks are decided by mid-semester tests, class tests, term-end exams, assignments, projects, practicals, etc.
