You can definitely choose this college if you have a very low NEET score.

Placements: Since, in this MBBS course there is no placement offered to anyone, you can easily get a job in Shija Hospital as a medical officer if you've graduated from here only. When I say that you can get a job here, it doesn't mean that you can get a job only here, your skills, communication skills, and marks scored will matter.

Infrastructure: There is a well-equipped library which includes all the books required and that too of various authors. You can get a book issued on working days, which are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The college provides Wi-Fi, which has an average speed. Sports week occurs here, which is the SAHS week, which includes various cultural programs and almost all the sports you can think of. The quality of food is not good here tbh. Especially if you're a vegetarian, then you'll face problems with the quality of food.

Faculty: The teachers are top-notch, graduated from big medical colleges such as AIIMS Delhi and CMC Vellore. They are extremely helpful. None of the teachers get annoyed if you ask the same topic multiple times. They teach very well, if you can't understand a topic, you can simply go to the department, and the teacher explains that topic to you individually. Regular PCTs are held apart from semester exams to keep up the momentum of students. Semester exams and PCTs are hard to pass because of a strict marking scheme and in-depth questions asked.

Other: You will have various extracurricular activities here, such as SAHS Weave, freshers, and also the celebration of Manipur festivals.
