If you belong to general category than you will not get admission in Delhi university. But, if you belong to ST category than you will surely get admission in SRCC.

Yes, of course, you can get admission in SRCC. You board score is really good. It is enough to get you a seat in B.Com honours. Please apply for this college.

No. Not necessary, it would just be an advantage. You can study any subject before choosing B. Com but mathematics is a compulsory subject necessary.
