The students were least interested in joining as they were providing very low packages and the post for the job was also not so good for joining.

The teaching standards are very high.
Placements: The placement cell also helps to bring internship drives to the college for the students so that they can gain experience for their portfolio. The highest package that the student got from St Aloysius' College is 10 LPA. The student has pursued a B.Com (Hons) from the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure at the college is very nice. They have maintained everything systematically, like every study material is available in the library, and the classrooms are also very nice. It has smart classrooms and a sufficient space for students of over 80 to 100 per class.
Faculty: They really focus on exams. They always conduct more than 3 CCE so that student can practice for their final exams. Even the practical exams are also held so that students can practice for the exams. The teachers are also very qualified. Many teachers are doctors there and they set the teaching standards on a higher basis.
Other: In the central Ashish College. It works in two shifts in the morning from 7:20 AM to 1:00 PM. Then in the afternoon from 1:30 PM till 4:45 PM, they have many courses like B.Com honours, BBA NCC, BSC, BCA, and many more. The campus crowd is also very nice. They conduct many events for the students to bring enjoyment, and they also host various extra activities like football, basketball, cricket, and weightlifting competitions, which help to grow in other activities.

A good college but not for everyone.
Placements: My college has average placement records. According to the placement report of the previous year, the highest package offered was 9 LPA, whereas the lowest package went to 1.8 LPA, and the average package offered was 4 LPA-5 LPA. Around 40% of students get placements every year. Internships are provided in the final year only.
Infrastructure: College offers average facilities and infrastructure. Here are very good, well-maintained buildings, but the campus is very small and always crowded. Classrooms are very good with smart interactive boards and Wi-Fi access, and the library is of a decent size with limited seating space. The canteen is very small and doesn't offer any seating space.
Faculty: Apart from the placements and facilities available, the faculty that teaches at our college is very good, well-qualified, and experienced in their respective fields. Some of them have qualified for the NET exam and have achieved great success. The semester exams are moderately difficult, students have to study consistently over the semester to pass with good scores. Around 50%-60% is the passing percentage.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the management and marketing field, and to get a degree. Our college organizes very few events and fests every year, once or twice. The campus is surrounded by schools on both sides, which causes a lot of noise disturbance. Scholarships are provided to students who perform well in academics and sports.

Good college, more focused on academics.
Placements: The college doesn't offer many placement opportunities like only companies come for placements, mostly which do not operate in larger scale. According to the college, the highest package offered is approximately 6 LPA, and the average package is generally 4 LPA. About 50-60% of students get placed during placements. Roles offered are generally in accounting and managing departments.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities for all courses and departments. Classes have Smart interactive boards, Wi-Fi connections, and a good library with seating space for students to study. But, the library doesn't have much books to satisfy the book needs of all students.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members for all courses are helpful, qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good compared to colleges in Jabalpur. The course curriculum is relevant but doesn't make students industry-ready because there is lack of practical in the curriculum. Semester exams are not very difficult but moderate, and the passing percentage is 33%. Classes are good for my course as well as for other courses.
Other: I chose this course because it resembles my much with my competitive exam syllabus. Also, this course is easy to pursue, which allows extra time to focus on other things.

A good college, but a very small campus with vehicle parking issues.
Placements: My college has good placements in the city but average in the course. According to the placement report of the previous placement year, Highest package offered was INR 8 LPA, and lowest package was INR 1.8 LPA, whereas average package offered was INR 3-4 LPA. Around 40% is placement rate.
Infrastructure: College offers various good facilities and infrastructure. Buildings are well maintained and renovated, campus is of a decent size but filled with greenery, fostering vibrant campus life. Classes are with a smart interactive board and Wi-Fi access. College library is a decent size, offers a lot of books, and has sitting space for students.
Faculty: Faculty at my college is one of the best in the city colleges. They are well qualified and experienced in their respective fields, holding some notable achievements. At the same time, they are very supportive and helpful towards us. The semester exams are moderately difficult. Students have to study consistently over the semester to pass the exam with good scores.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in finance and management fields. My college organises a few events and fests every year. Scholarships are provided to students on various eligibility criteria and partially fees for needy students and students who perform exceptionally excellent in sports and academics.

A very good college, but a small campus.
Placements: My college has been consistently performing well in placements over the years. According to the placement report of the previous year, the highest package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest package stood at 1.8 LPA, whereas the average package offered was between 3 and 4 LPA. The college placement rate is around 40%.
Infrastructure: My college offers alot good facilities including well maintained infrastructure, classes are organised with SMART interactive board and Wi-Fi access. Colleges library is decent size but offers alot of books including novels and sitting space for students. The college has a small size canteen offering good food but no sitting space.

    A college with mixed reviews.
Placements: In my batch, approximately 40-45% of students got placed during placements. The highest package offered is 6 LPA by Amazon. The average package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA and the lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Recruiting companies involve some local and small operation companies. Internships are offered to students in their final or third year although there are limited seats in internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is above average. Good buildings and classes are available here. Classrooms have smart interactive boards and the library is huge with a good amount of books. Faculty members also continuously make improvements in the infrastructure. The canteen food is good and it is always filled with students. There is a specific sports room but there is a drawback of not having the college's own ground for conducting sports events.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are helpful, qualified experienced, and knowledgeable. Their teaching style and quality are good as per the curriculum. The course curriculum is relevant but less practical. It does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little tough and moderate. The pass percentage for semester exams is 60-70%.
Other: I chose this course because it resembles too much with my CA exam syllabus. This course covers a vast range of accounting finance and marketing subjects. The course could be more practical rather than theoretical. They should include some new changes to make the course interesting. Very limited fests or events are organised in college. The campus crowd is so irritating. The college campus is not very spacious. The institute offers scholarships to students who are good at sports and also provides other government scholarships.
