Yes, you can get admission in OBC category without caste validity certificate but you will need Caste Certificate at the time of admission. And you can submit caste validity in a specific period of time as mentioned by college or the norms of Directorate of technical education (DTE), Maharashtra. No. The candidates will not be allowed to change the date and time of WBJEE counselling. Since the counselling dates will be pre-determined by the authorities, they will not accept any requests to change the WBJEE counselling dates and slots. WBJEE counselling will be held online for all eligible candidates. The authorities will also announce the WBJEE seat allotment online. However, the candidates will have to confirm their admissions physically at the allotted institutes. 

The reporting time for NID DAT will be mentioned in the Admit card, along with gate closing time, and exam timings and date.The candidate needs to report for the DAT Prelims exam at 8 am.
