Hi,The fees for this is year wise, you've to deposit the fees year wise like in the starting you've to give the fees then after completing 1st year the 2nd year.
6 years ago I do not have my 9th class certificate to submit for verification at time of TSEdCET 2019 counselling. Can have any alternative for this?

For it, you can submit a copy of 9th class certificate on bonafied letter of your school which is duly signed by principal of the school.

The university administration has always been like this but this time due to several reasons like pending cases and likelihood of Change of vc it is delayed.
