It may be not, as there are many students who applied in more than one college of same university at same time.

The best time would be to join sometime around June/July during your final year of B.Sc. 3 to 4 months of sincere effort is enough for CAT. CAT is conducted in Nov/Dec every year.

Hi,Yes, you can give CFP just after class 12th. It has 5 Steps exam, and you can also do B.Com simultaneously. All the best.
