SSIM and Vignana Jyothi are equal but there is a change in the fee structure. This year, the SSIM fee structure is 5.5 lakhs without hostel, with hostel 7.25 to 7.5 lakhs. Coming to placement in SSIM, it has good placements. if you check last year record, companies were: DELOITTE, TATA CAPITAL, ICICI PRUDENTIAL & BANK, CITY UNION BANK, THICK SHAKE, TIMES PVT LTD, IIFL, etc.

No, I'm sorry to say this, but from this year forward Siva Sivani Institute of Management is not accepting TSICET rank, since it is only accepting entrance exams such as CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT effectively from this year admissions I. e aka 2018 and based on these scores scholarships are given to merit students during the programme. We can't exactly say which is better. There are many parameters involved like specialization you want to choose, placements, faculty members, curriculum etc. Prioritize what you want and weigh them. Go to the college and check out the infrastructure and talk to the faculty. Choose whatever you feel to be a better option.

The fee structure depends on what is being offered to students. I suggest you contact the college and find out how the fee structure is broken down into. you can get clear idea what you will be learning in the next two years. what you want learn depends on you. Get in touch with the faculty of the finance department, talk with them you will have a clear understanding how the faculty is.

Laptops provided to students may change year to year. our seniors got Dell. we got Lenovo-V310 model and has 1TB hard disk, cd drive, lan portal and 3 USB slots. We have an IT administrator who deals with technical problems concerning college laptops.

I would suggest you look at the colleges, talk to the faculty and student, its history of alumni and facilities provided to the students. Also, what specialisation you want to opt for is important when considering colleges, because not all colleges are good for every department.
