Hi Tanushree,
Socially Useful and Productive Activity (SUPA) is a part of the course syllabus in PGDM programme and is an attempt by the Institute to instill social sensitivity in the students and
provide them with an opportunity to utilize their management skills for uplifting society. XIME is among the very few B-Schools in the country to have such social work incorporated in the curriculum. SUPA at XIME is a valuable social training for the students which help them to have a broad awareness of the effects of managerial decisions on the socially deprived communities. Keeping the above objective in mind, students are engaged with an NGO for a period of minimum 18 days duration.

For finance I'll suggest you SIES. It's a very good college for finance students as it gives good ROI as well as good learning. ITM is also good but keep it as a second option as it is not that very much good in terms of ROI. The average package of finance in ITM is around 4.5-5 lakhs whereas in SIES it is around 6 lakhs, which brings a major difference in ROI.

XIME Kochi would be a better choice for you as we rank 22nd across India. Also, you can compare both these colleges by checking their respective college websites for more information.
