Xavier institute of management and entrepreneurship .

Placements: Placement at XIME can never be questioned; they maintained there 100% placement record. The minimum package is 7-8 LPA, the average is 10.3 LPA, and the maximum is 12 LPA. Oracle, EY, IDFC, and Accenture offer jobs, and Tata Steel, Britain, offers internships. The maximum stipend is $30,000. Roles are, according to vacancies, mostly associate.

Infrastructure: Here, campus life is both beautiful and tense, The library provide wide range of books, articles, journals, etc. It is such a rich source of gathering information. Classrooms are well-equipped with an AC, board, bench, chair, and projectors in every room. Each room in the hostel can accommodate two students, and both AC and non-AC options are available. Mess food is bad North Indian people are a little tough to adjust to; non-vegetarian food is good, but vegetarians need to adjust.

Faculty: In college, rules are only for girls; the same thing is ignored for boys. Teachers restrict many things for girls only, but in teaching, they are good but a little fast. The course is divided into 6 trimesters and 2 years. The whole curriculum is designed to teach many practical things. Courses and colleges are best in terms of professors and ROI. Exams are conducted in the form of midterm and endterm exams for 65%, and the rest come from quizzes, assignments, and practicals.

The campus is small but good in terms of ROI, and placements in 2022 are good.

Placements: The batch strength of the 2022 passing out batch is 96. In January 2022, around 91% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA this year. The best part was no company with a salary package below 5 LPA was invited for campus recruitment. The average salary package offered now is 8.01 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Some top recruiting companies were KPMG, EY, Wipro, PWC, HCL, Oracle, Daimler, Pepperfry, Dell, Panasonic, Gati KWE, and many others. Top roles offered in placements are senior consultant, consultants, product manager, project manager, etc. The batch of 2020-2022 secured 100% internships.

Infrastructure: Our college has a gym, computer labs, library, basketball court, badminton court, garden, parking facility, TV, etc. There are smart TVs in classrooms and simulation-based learning. The quality of facilities in the hostel is good. There are 2 seater rooms available in the hostel. The mess food is not great but not that bad.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Internal faculty members are good in operations. The classroom teaching is mostly case-based learning. The course curriculum is updated every year as per the industry requirements, and students are given a lot of assignments. The grading system followed is relative grading.

A really good year for placements.

Placements: This year even though our batch size was big compared to the past batches and also the pandemic going, our batch as of now is at approximately 92% placements. The highest package stands at 11.5 LPA and the current average package is nearly 8.5 LPA. All big companies like Infosys, Wipro, EY, Panasonic, Dell, Tata Power, Reliance and etc. Have been part of the recruitment process. All the students got internships during their first year. The companies in which we got internships were Alcodex, Amazon, V-Guard and etc.

Infrastructure: The campus is located 15 minutes away from the nearest metro station and you can get Ola and Uber very easily for the same. We have a main campus building two different hostels for girls and boys separately. The campus and Hostel are fully equipped with a 24x7 Wi-Fi facility. The boys hostel has a football ground, basketball court and also a badminton court. The food quality in the mess is good but not the best. The college has tie-ups with nearby hospitals for quick and rapid medical facilities whenever needed. The library facility on the campus is available from 8.30 Am to 8.30 Pm everyday except for sunday. All the classrooms are equipped with centralized ACs.

Faculty: All the faculty members are well qualified and very knowledgeable. One thing I can be sure about is the education quality of the campus is great. I was an operations student and we had the best operations faculty. The teaching quality of the faculty members is worth sitting for the 1 Hr classes. The college offers a PGDM course which is basically different from an MBA college as the college can change the curriculum and subjects offered as per the current industry need and business environment. We are taken to different Industrial visits to experience the real standards and the working of the industries. We have 6 trimesters - a mid term and an end term. The exams are mostly all application based.

Other: The campus provides various types of scholarships to meritorious students and also to students from all specializations and also to students taking part in various social programs all which can be viewed on the college's website.

This college provides excellent placements opportunities.

Placements: Around 100% of students are placed for many years. The average salary package offered varies between 7.5 LPA to 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges from 13 LPA - 14 LPA. The top companies are Infosys, KPMG, PWC, Wipro, etc. The placements are one of the things about this college. Placements activity is being started in November.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and overall with a Wi-Fi facility available in the hostel as well as on campus. There is mess and canteen facility available. Food is average in mess. There is also sports, medical and club facility. The hostel is excellent with boys and girls hostel.

Faculty: The academics are tough and students need to study strictly in order to get a PGDM degree. There is a 100% of attendance system here which is strictly being followed. The course curriculum is good, and usually gets updated every year as industry demands.

Placements: Till January 2022, about 80% of the batch students got placed. Companies like Infosys, PwC, Wipro, Hexaware, EY, Birlasoft, Envision, Accenture, Dell, Grant Thornton, Panasonic, etc., visit our college to recruit students from our college. Roles like associate consultant, trainee, analyst, tech consultants, managers, etc., are offered here. Almost 100% of the students from our course got internships in good companies and in good profiles.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good in our campus and hostel. The facilities provided are also very good. The quality of food and variety offered is good. It has a Wi-Fi-enabled campus. It has a hostel and computer lab. Classrooms are equipped with a projector, sound system, and air-conditioned. The library is both digital and physical and provides access to journals and all course-related books. If you require any new book, the library orders it for you.

Faculty: Faculty members are considerate and treat students as colleagues. Their teaching quality is moderate. The course curriculum is relevant. Students need to make extra efforts other than the course curriculum to become industry-ready. Exams are moderately difficult. Students should maintain 5 CGPA to obtain a degree out of 8.

It is a great college with the best placements and a lots of learning.

Placements: Till 2nd February 2022, more than 85% of the batch of 96 students are placed. We expect 100% placements until April 2022. The highest salary package offered as of now is 14 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our batch are Infosys, Wipro, EY, Grant Thornton, etc. More than 90% of the students got internships from XIME itself, with companies like V-Guard, Amazon, Shriram, IDBI, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided by the college is well sufficient for around 200 students on the campus. Being a residential campus, the hostels are connected with the college campus. It is Wi-Fi enabled campus and has hostels, air-conditioners, well-equipped classrooms, a resourceful library, basketball, and badminton grounds. The quality of food available in the mess is good with a menu including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, while cuisines from North and South India.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and very helpful. Their teaching methods generally include case study discussions, simulation activities, assignments, and presentations. The course curriculum is relevant to current times, with subjects like 'Contemporary Business environment', 'Technology Trends' etc., added to increase the relevance in today's times. The trimester exam pattern is credit-rated, with relative grading. The maximum CGPA is 8, while to pass the course one needs to earn atleast 5 CGPA by the end of the 6th semester.
