In general, to obtain a work visa in the UAE, you would need to have a valid job offer from a company based in the UAE, and the company would need to sponsor your work visa application. The UAE government may have specific requirements for the educational qualifications and certifications of individuals applying for work visas, which may include verification of educational credentials. XIBMS is a recognised institute in India that offers distance education courses in various fields, including business management. However, it is recommended that you check with the UAE embassy in India or contact the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs to obtain specific information about the requirements for work visa applications, including whether XIBMS course certification is recognised by the UAE government. Additionally, some employers in the UAE may have their own requirements for educational qualifications and certifications. Therefore, it is recommended that you check with the specific employer you are applying to in the UAE to determine their specific requirements for work visa applications.

A student must obtain a minimum of 75% attendance in each paper individually Honours or Major or Ancillary or General/Compulsory A student who has between 60 percent and 74 percent attendance will have to seek condonation from the Principal or Vice Principal on grounds of illness or involvement in extra curricular activities approved by the College. In case of illness, a student must submit a medical Certificate along with an application for leave. Leave application must be submitted within three days of the students absence. Submission of leave-application in itself will not ensure condonation. In case of extra curricular activities, a student must obtain written confirmation of his or her participation from the concerned authorities: Head of Department/Presidents of College Societies/Director of Sports/Director of NSS or NCC officer in Charge/AICUF Adviser, countersigned by the Vice-Principal. When calculating the attendance percentage of the students representing the College in NCC and sports, due consideration will be given to the days when they so represented the College. Condonation in each case must be in explicit written form authorized by the Principal or Vice-Principal. A student who is condoned will have to pay a condonation fee within notified period of time. Hope it helps.
