<p style="text-align: justify;">India is one of the fastest developing countries of the world. The single step taken by the country regarding the development and strategic is noticed by the world. India is growing and the economy of the country is also zooming. As we are growing in every sector and aspect we require lot more workforce to deal with the changes.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br />In every sector we require lots of trained workforce who can handle the task at their own front. Power sector is one of the important sectors for growth of every country. Lots of industries and daily routine life also depends on it. The major consumption of power is done by the industries in any country and so does in the case of India. Now the power sector is also growing with the country as the far most areas have lit up their houses with the electricity. The modern metropolitan cities are so much dependent on power that most the appliances in the houses are run by electricity.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br />The power sector require lots of men force to deal with the demand. The power sector is expanding and planning to hire 6.5 lakh people in near future. The country is coming up with many new projects and plans in the area so it needed workforce to accomplish the task.&nbsp; The country is planning to add over a new 180,000 mw capacity by 2017, so to deal with that it needed the ample workforce.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br />According to a report by the Institute of Energy and Research (IEMR), "It is estimated that over 5 lakh technical manpower and over 1.5 lakh non-technical manpower need to be inducted into the power sector in the 11th and 12th plan periods. In addition to the technical manpower, thousands of highly skilled managers will be required in areas such as project management, planning, project finance, monitoring and review.&rdquo;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br />Power sector require huge work force to handle such type of big projects. It is really necessary to have trained workforce to accomplish the projects on time.
