The hottest news for engineering aspirants is that the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) 2011 got delayed on Sunday by two to two and a half hours because its papers got leaked. Some centers cancelled the exam and rescheduled it on May 8, 2011. However, the candidates who took the test on Sunday can check the AIEEE 2011 solved paper and answer key solutions online on the websites of famous coaching institutes like FIITJEE, Brilliant Coaching, Aakash Institute, Narayana Institute and CareerPoint.

AIEEE 2011 Expected Cutoff

Since another set of AIEEE 2011 is yet to be conducted on May 8, 2011, it is not possible at the time to say what the actual AIEEE 2011 cutoffs will be. However, AIEEE 2011 expected cut off scores and AIEEE 2011 rank predictor that is the latest buzz in engineering entrance exam aspirants online has based its calculations on the AIEEE 2010 cutoffs. AIEEE 2011 Results Process Flow

A Central Counselling Board (CCB) will declare AIEEE 2011 results. According to the tentative process flow posted on the website, candidates will register for the institutes and programs and indicate their preferences by June 11 to 23, 2011. First round of allotment will be made by June 25 on the basis of AIEEE 2011 Rank List and AIEEE opening and closing rank for the institute.

The candidates who are allotted seat in the first round can go to the allotted institute and commence classes from July 21, 2011. Others can check the CCB website on July 5 to see if they have nabbed a seat in the second round of installment. These candidates will have to report to the institute by July 6 to 10, 2011.

Third round of allotments will be made by July 13, 2011. Those who are not satisfied with seats allotted to them can surrender their seats at the reporting center by July 14 to 17, 2011 and can then participate in fourth and fifth round of allotments with fresh choices.

Thanks Ruchi Shrimali, for giving an elaborate description. In-fact i was to post this info in the discussion posts but there was a slight deviation in the solution set given by two big shot coaching centers of Hyd which resulted in the delay. You may also add the colleges list too . Gomti
